Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cole & Hommy cancellation & refund policy is flexible. You can cancel your order on the same day that you placed it. If you miss this deadline, reach out to us. You’ve got 3 Days to return all – non-discounted and discounted – products shopped from our website – coleandhommy.com We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from the Cole & Hommy. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 3 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:
All the Cole & Hommy items should be returned in unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt. If the product is purchased from any of our the Cole & Hommy Showrooms / Offline Stores – they cannot be returned via our online store.
Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
If by any chance the customer does not return the footwear box and other packaging materials then a sum of INR 150 per pair will be deducted from the refund amount.

For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
After inspection we will confirm whether the products are in an acceptable condition. This confirmation will be sent to you within 10 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or a bank refund (whichever is selected by you the customer) for that amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you’ve submitted the request with us.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please report it to us on whatsapp at +919819939302 within 24 hours of delivery. Please include video and images. Complaints reported after 24 hours will not be accepted or compensated.
MODE OF RETURN:
By Cole & Hommy: We will get the pair/s picked up – please log in to your Cole & Hommy account and request a return. Or email us at coleandhommyonline@gmail.com. During the reverse pickup, kindly keep the parcel ready once the return request is created. In case the package is not ready at the time of pickup or the consignee/customer is not available at the given pickup address, we re-book the pickup only once after that. Post this, the customer has to ship the product to us for any return/exchange and no amount will be refunded for any reverese shipment charges incurred.
If you live in a region that is not serviceable for reverse pickup the customer has to ship the product to us for any return/exchange. We will reimburse the return shipping charges upto Rs 100 or 10% of the return order value upto a max of Rs 200.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order.
REFUNDS
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and quality checked by Cole & Hommy. Your order amount will be refunded to you by Razorpay for prepaid orders and via bank account for COD orders.
For bank refunds, the user must share correct bank account details to which the amount will be refunded. Any loss due to incorrect bank details will not be borne by Management.
Refunds may take upto 16-30 days to process. For any concerns please contact us on customer care email ID - coleandhommyonline@gmail.com.
The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective products and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.

    • Cleanse the Leather: Use a leather cleaner or damp cloth to remove old polish and buildup.
    • Condition: Apply a nourishing leather cream to restore moisture and flexibility.
    • Polish: Choose a premium wax polish to match your shoe’s color. Buff to a natural shine.
    • Sole Care: Keep soles dry. If leather-soled, apply sole protector occasionally or rotate with rubber-soled styles during wet weather.
  • 3. Seasonal Maintenance

    • Waterproofing: Apply a water-resistant spray during the monsoon or winter season.
    • Professional Reconditioning: For worn-down soles or deep scuffs, consult a professional cobbler or visit our in-store care services.

Specialty Leather Tips

Suede & Nubuck

Brush regularly with a suede brush. For stains, use a suede eraser or specialized cleaner.

Patent Leather

Wipe with a damp cloth and buff gently using a microfiber cloth. Avoid wax-based polishes.

Exotics (Croc, Lizard, etc.)

Use specific conditioners. Never saturate the leather—light care preserves its natural texture.

Storage Guidelines

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep shoes in dust bags when not in use. Never stack or overcrowd your footwear. Let each pair breathe.
